According to The New York Times, federal prosecutors in Manhattan said P. Diddy ran his criminal empire since at least 2008.

P. Diddy faces one count of conspiracy to commit extortion, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison; one count of sex trafficking by force, which carries a minimum sentence of 15 years, and one count of transportation of persons for the purpose of prostitution, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years.

This is just the tip of the iceberg of what P. Diddy has to deal with, his lawyers are currently battling a series of lawsuits from six different female victims.

Shortly after P. Diddy was arrested on September 17, another woman filed a lawsuit against P. Diddy for drugging and raping her at a recording studio in 2001.
