Blake Lively’s publicist, Leslie Sloane, is making it clear—she wants out of Justin Baldoni’s lawsuit.
Sloane, owner of Vision PR, filed a motion Thursday requesting dismissal from the civil suit that Baldoni’s team filed against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds. She argues there is zero factual basis to claim she orchestrated a PR war against Baldoni.
Her filing directly challenges Baldoni’s claims, pointing to text messages from Jennifer Abel, a PR rep tied to Baldoni’s camp, allegedly discussing a plan to “plant pieces” about Blake being difficult to work with.
Sloane says she only got involved after that message surfaced—when a Daily Mail reporter reached out to ask about rumors of Lively being a problem on the It Ends with Us set. Her response?
👉 “That is 1000 percent untrue.”
👉 “Your info is totally off.”
👉 “The whole cast doesn’t like Justin—nothing to do with Blake.”
Now, Sloane is asking the court to dismiss the claims against her and Vision PR with prejudice—meaning they can’t be refiled—and demanding Baldoni’s team cover her legal fees.
Meanwhile, Lively’s camp isn’t backing down. Earlier this week, her side filed new allegations claiming multiple women on set felt uncomfortable around Baldoni, with at least two reportedly willing to testify.
Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, has dismissed these allegations as “hearsay.”
With both sides digging in deeper, this Hollywood legal battle is far from over.
