The singer fell freely from a height of 13-14m, the preliminary autopsy results showed that Payne suffered multiple injuries that led to internal and external bleeding. The autopsy report also added: “There were injuries due to the victim’s fall, it is possible that Payne did not have the reflexes to protect himself and fell in a semi-conscious or completely unconscious state,” according to Page Six.
