According to TMZ, Diddy’s lawyer, Mr. Marc Agnifilo, gave the latest information about the rapper’s condition.
Attorney Agnifilo appeared in the TMZ documentary “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment” and said his client will fight this case, not only for himself but for others in similar situations.
Speaking about Diddy’s mental state, the lawyer said that despite the many difficulties surrounding him, the rapper still maintains a positive attitude.
“His spirit is really positive. I spend many hours with him every day. His determination is very strong. He is focused on protecting himself and has accepted the current situation,” the lawyer said.
Lawyer Marc Agnifilo’s comments caused outrage because many people thought Diddy was indifferent to the pain of the victims and always denied his actions but could not clearly explain the accusations.
Amid Diddy’s scandal that has shocked international media, a Houston-based law firm announced that they are representing more than 50 victims of sexual assault and abuse by Diddy and his accomplices.
Details of the more than 50 cases will be made public by the law firm as the case progresses.
Attorney Tony Buzbee, representing the law firm, has made a number of allegations about Diddy’s actions at the wild party called “Freak Off”.
Buzbee said some of the accusers were minors when the incidents occurred and he plans to hold a press conference so victims can share their stories.

Previously, one of the notable points in this case was the discovery of more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil in Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami.
Lawyer Agnifilo expressed doubts about the figure of 1,000 bottles of baby oil: “I don’t know where this number 1,000 comes from. I can’t imagine there being thousands of bottles.”
When it was confirmed that the number came from federal documents, the attorney quickly added that he was “not sure baby oil had anything to do with this.”
Many believe that lawyer Agnifilo’s explanation and response show an attempt to downplay the severity of the seizure of a large amount of baby oil in rapper Diddy’s home, while trying to give a reasonable explanation for possessing such a large amount.
